YES Academy

(Sept 2016 – May 2017): Students in grades 3-5 participate in one-on-one and group training sessions to prepare them for participation in leadership programs that will enhance their prospects of getting accepted to and graduating from the college of their choice. A feeder to middle and high school leadership programs, the YES Academy offers the opportunity for elementary school students to build and/or enhance oratorical skills, critical thinking, deductive reasoning and proficiency in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM).
